Problem
Modern digital systems for construction, manufacturing, and maintenance store work data in the form of forms and reports. These records are easily altered, which opens room for manipulation. The absence of reliable evidence leads to prolonged disputes and losses of time and money. Most solutions focus on isolated tasks such as attendance tracking, safety, or payroll — but do not eliminate the problem of immutability and provability.
Our Solution
We are developing a closure and dispute-resolution layer that operates on top of existing systems. Our system provides:
- Immutability: events are recorded in an append-only journal and cannot be deleted or overwritten. Any correction is formed as a separate event.
- Policy Snapshot: the rules in force at the moment of the event are recorded and fixed, excluding the application of new rules to old data.
- Dispute Object: disputes are formalized as objects with a lifecycle, evidence, and an outcome.
- Portability: data can be easily exported, ensuring the right to exit and preventing vendor lock-in.
This approach ensures transparency, reduces shift-closure time, and enables dispute resolution based on evidence.
Scientific Basis
Our project is based on the Universal Theory of Events (UTE) and its applied variant — the Theory of Labor Infrastructure (TLI). The theory describes any process as a chain of minimal events, each of which is associated with an agent (human, robot, AI), a context (time, place, rules), and an action.
- Observability: each event is recorded by objective artifacts (photos, signatures, logs).
- Immutability: once recorded, an event is not changed; corrections create new events.
- Context: each event is accompanied by a Policy Snapshot — a set of rules at the moment of its occurrence.
- Trust Threshold: for each event type, a required level of evidence quality is defined.
This concept makes it possible to build systems that are resilient to manipulation and external pressure. We have developed several patent applications protecting key elements of our architecture, which confirms the originality of the solution.
Laboratory
We are not only theorists. Our team runs a live laboratory where the system is tested on real processes. We record our own work, analyze the data, and improve the platform.
- Business: fast and reliable shift closure, reduced risk of disputes, integration with existing systems.
- Government: compliance control, simple document verification, reduced audit costs.
- Society: protection of workers’ rights, transparency of labor conditions, fair dispute resolution.
We use this laboratory to demonstrate the practical applicability of the theory, as well as to train our team and partners.
A video demonstration will be available soon.
